The third question

Who am I becoming?

Confidence becomes purpose, and purpose shapes a life that reaches far beyond the classroom.

The child who was encouraged becomes the one doing the encouraging. They take the armband, run the warm up, keep the score, settle the argument, and find that they are being followed.

This is the part the community feels. Children grow into young leaders. Young leaders strengthen families. Families strengthen neighbourhoods. Neighbourhoods strengthen communities.

Not to create dependence, but to nurture people who will one day lead, serve and invest in the very community that first believed in them.

The Future Stars are built on more than the field.

With training throughout the week, volunteer coaches, local tournaments and friendly matches, our teams learn to work together, show up for one another and grow through the discipline of sport.

It keeps them moving, gives them purpose, and helps shape young men who know what it means to be part of a team.

Leadership

Leadership starts with being trusted.

Older children are given opportunities to lead, encourage and take responsibility, whether helping a younger child, running a drill or simply setting an example.

Because when you give a child responsibility, you give them a chance to discover what they are capable of.

This isn't simply sport. It's identity. It's discipline. It's becoming.
